If you can imagine something, it can happen! Thought is always the first. Everything humans created- bad and good – started with an idea. You, me, us, vegans – people who practice empathy every day – do not consume or use any products derived from the exploitation and suffering of animals; on the material level every day, we are already acting. Every day, we make small – big choices that change the world in a physical dimension for the better. Now is the time for the missing element – the intention of a Vegan World, sent straight from our hearts to the energy field, which will materialize faster the more attention we give it.

Even if we, vegans, often overwhelmed by the enormity of animal suffering, do not believe that a vegan world is possible, how can it become a reality? Very often, at the energy level, we sabotage our efforts ourselves. Regardless of time and space, let’s create a quantum field of energy that will raise the vibration of all beings and the Earth itself. Instead of wasting energy fighting the old system, let’s focus all our power on creating a New World.

Meditation with the intention of a Vegan World is a practice aimed at focusing the collective energy of human creative power on creating the reality we desire for the benefit of animals, people, and the planet itself. Practising it affects the quantum field, the energy we emit to the universe. The quantum field, spoken of by, among others, Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein, is related to quantum theory, which states that everything in our world consists of energy. Our thoughts, emotions, and intentions affect this field and attract similar experiences to us (the law of attraction). So, if we want to see animals free and happy, people healthy and empathetic, and the whole Earth and nature in balance and well-being, let’s start visualizing this state regularly.

Albert Einstein said, „Everything is energy, and that’s all there is to it.” I encourage you to abandon the attitude of force and conflict with people, which always arouses resistance, in favour of the power flowing directly from our hearts to all beings. Not only animals – apparent victims, but also, perhaps most importantly – people who today do not have the same awareness as us and still, more or less consciously, participate in the harm of animals. They, too, are victims, but hidden ones.

I wasted many years on ineffective fights with people for animals, inadvertently creating even greater divisions between us – the good ones who defend animals and „all the rest, the bad ones,” who contribute to their suffering. Today, I understand that I unwittingly distanced many people from understanding what veganism is because I was so traumatized that I represented an attitude of force. Unfortunately, the greater the force, the more excellent the resistance. We can’t change anyone except ourselves. The only thing we can do is raise awareness in people; if we fight, it’s only for them, for their hearts(!), but not against them. In practice, this means accepting everything, which is a drama for both sides – animals and people – and makes us observers, not passive ones.

After years of disappointing searches and attempts – on the one hand, to change the world through protests and raising awareness among people and, on the other hand, to deal with my own suffering and listen to spiritual gurus, who mostly, unfortunately, consistently omit the subject of animal suffering, I finally came across the concept of KARUNA. Karuna is a Buddhist concept of love, also called heartfelt compassion. Compassion in Buddhism, however, is an activity, not an emotion or feeling. It’s about acting on the energy level rather than remaining in sadness, regret, apathy, or anger, which I personally did for many years. Although karuna is not the same as meditation with intention, I wanted to mention it because I think that specifically meditation with the purpose of a Vegan World has a lot in common with karuna and constitutes anchoring in the practice used by many people for centuries, not just a naive invention.

The object of karuna meditation is the practice of heartfelt compassion for all sentient beings – empathetic compassion, sharing suffering in unity with others, and a strong desire for suffering to disappear. Veganism is a daily practice of empathy resulting from concern for animals, the environment, and human health. In this context, veganism can be linked to karuna, based on broad compassion for all beings.

This page addresses vegans not to divide people again but to accumulate the creative energy of those who feel and understand the need for change, but with empathy for everyone. Non-vegans simply do not see the need for change, so it is difficult to expect them to feel the need to visualize it. However, if for various reasons you, who are reading this, are not yet a vegan in everyday life but are not indifferent to the fate of animals, join the meditation. Every conscious person and their creative energy is worth its weight in gold. Perhaps, thanks to meditation with the intention of a Vegan World, you will find the power within yourself to change your life.

We only have absolute control over ourselves, our well-being, and the vibration flowing from it. By healthy vegan eating, meditation, and minimizing information about animals that trigger negative emotions, we raise our vibration and become people others will naturally gravitate toward. We won’t have to ask anyone to join us because people will want to feel as good as we do and do what we do.

I know how hard it is to feel good, knowing the enormity of the harm done to animals and how our only typical home – Earth – is being destroyed… Awareness is not a ceiling lamp; you can’t just turn it off with one button. However, we can intentionally redirect our thoughts from negative to positive. What we focus our attention on grows. So, let’s start constructively using our energy. Awareness is a painful burden in today’s times of transformation and a great creative power. Let’s use it!

Regular meditation practice with the intention of a Vegan World will help attract positive changes. It is scientifically proven that meditation helps reduce the level of stress and anxiety in the meditating person, which positively affects their nervous system, resulting in an increase in their well-being and overall vibration. Let’s become people emanating positivity and unconditional love. Thanks to this, we will attract people to us and awaken them for their own benefit, for the benefit of animals, and for the benefit of the entire planet.

Join me in guided or independent meditation. Time and space don’t matter – only intention does. Now, ask your rational mind to leave and visualize yourself in an ideal world. Stop controlling how it will happen and what is possible. Feel joy and gratitude with all your senses, as if what you dream of is already a reality! The best version of reality is closer the more you talk about it, visualize it, and feel it above all. The universe is listening…
